We offer a number of self-defense training programs to fit your interests, your needs, and your schedule. You can choose from:
Quick stay-safe program
60 minutes
A PowerPoint presentation, perhaps during a 60-minute bring-your-lunch workshop. Also includes a brief demonstration of easy self-defense techniques.
Self-defense workshop
2 to 3 hours
A PowerPoint presentation, followed by instructions on key avoidance techniques as well as basic self-defense actions that can be used by anyone in any setting. Special focus on always remembering to breathe, relax, stay calm, and focus on targets.
Half- to full-day training
Totally customized to meet your needs and those of your colleagues. Designed to teach participants avoidance, plus how to handle the types of attacks they’re most likely to experience at work and in other environments.
Before- or after-work training
Hands-on training designed especially for 5 to 7 people, up to a maximum of 12. Can include self-defense strategies to employ anywhere—e.g., parking lots, subway stations.
In addition, training is available for those who would like instruction on how to protect themselves from knife- and gun-wielding attackers.
